An outdated first impression
If your site looks years old, customers may wonder whether you are still in business, or whether you are as careful as you say you are. A tired website quietly undersells good work.
Web design & website care for Jacksonville small businesses
Thoughtful web design, reliable website care, and simple lead follow-ups for growing small businesses. Serving Jacksonville and beyond, remotely.
Sound familiar?
For most small service businesses, the website has one job: help the right customers trust you and get in touch. These are the three problems we see get in the way most often.
If your site looks years old, customers may wonder whether you are still in business, or whether you are as careful as you say you are. A tired website quietly undersells good work.
Many customers will find you on a phone. If they have to pinch, zoom and hunt for your number or a quote form, plenty will simply try the next business in the search results.
A form that quietly stops working, or a request that sits unread until evening, can mean a job goes to whoever replied first. Good follow-up starts with knowing a lead arrived.
What we do
Start with the one you need now. Everything is scoped in writing, and nothing is bundled in without your say-so.
A clean, mobile-friendly site that explains what you do and makes requesting a quote effortless.
Turn a dated or confusing website into one that feels current, loads quickly and guides visitors to call or inquire.
Monitoring, updates where they apply, form checks and small monthly edits, handled for you.
Get notified the moment someone inquires, and let them know their request arrived, even when you are on a job.
Before → Better
Most websites don’t need fancy effects. They need a clearer message, an obvious next step and pages that are easy to scan on a phone.
Before: a cluttered homepage with eight navigation links, a generic “Welcome to our website” banner, a dense paragraph of text and no clear button to request service.
Better: a clear headline that says what the business does and where, one green “Request service” button, and three short service cards.
Our approach
A simple, predictable process with clear approvals at each step, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you.
A short call or questionnaire about your services, customers and goals. We confirm scope, timeline and price in writing before any work starts.
Your part: Share your services, service area and any logo, photos or reviews you have.
We design your pages and share a private preview link. You review on your own phone and computer, then send one combined list of feedback.
Your part: Review the preview and send your consolidated changes.
We test forms, mobile layouts and page basics, then help connect your domain and take the site live.
Your part: Approve the final version and give access to your domain.
Optional monthly care for monitoring, updates where they apply and small edits. Or a clean handover if you would rather manage it yourself.
Your part: Decide whether ongoing care makes sense for you.

Repairs & home services
A redesign concept for a small home-repair business whose old site buried the phone number and listed every service in one long paragraph.
FAQ
Straight answers before you commit to anything.
Up to five straightforward pages, a mobile-responsive design, one design direction, one consolidated round of revisions, basic on-page SEO, a simple contact or quote form, and help getting the site live on your domain. Domains, premium licenses, online stores and custom features are separate, and everything is confirmed in writing before work begins.
It depends mostly on scope and on how quickly your content (text, photos, logo) and feedback come together. Once we understand what you need, your quote includes a realistic schedule rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the site and your content belong to you, and we set up your domain and hosting in your own accounts wherever possible so you are never locked in. Third-party items like premium themes or fonts stay under their own license terms.
The starter package includes one consolidated revision round: you gather all your feedback into one list and we apply it together. If you want more rounds, we quote them before doing the work, so there are no surprise invoices.
Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. Every site we build has solid on-page foundations, including clear titles and descriptions, sensible headings, fast pages and an XML sitemap, so search engines can understand it. Where you rank also depends on competition, your content, reviews and other factors outside any designer’s control.
No. Website Care is optional and billed separately. Some owners like having someone keep an eye on things every month; others prefer to launch and manage the site themselves. Either is fine.
No. SiteVeya works remotely. Discovery, design reviews and launch happen over video call, email and shared preview links, so you can review progress whenever it suits your schedule.
Tell us about your website and a person will take a careful look. You’ll get honest, plain-English recommendations, with no pressure and no jargon.
